Night descends over this land like a blanket
In the morning truths are revealed as the stars disappear
Forever, and ever
and ever
and ever

I see lights afar
Glistening on the horizon
Striving to be noticed the best they can

Monuments and tenements so unlovingly,
presented by man
true beauty lies in the untarnished land
